How to use:
- Insert the batteries according to the instructions in the manual.
- Attach the cuff to the monitor by plugging the air hose into the port on the side of the unit.
- Wrap the cuff on your bare upper arm, following the fitting guide printed on the cuff itself. Generally, the cuff should be positioned about an inch above the bend of your elbow.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your arm resting on a table at heart level.
- Press the start button (it might be labeled with a power symbol or a heart symbol). The monitor will inflate the cuff automatically and take your blood pressure.
- Read the results on the display. The monitor will typically show your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as your pulse rate.
- Turn off the monitor by pressing the start button again.
- You may want to record your readings in a notebook or app for later reference.
