Iron supplements used for anemia, iron deficiency anemia, vitamins & minerals deficiency and pregnant women.

Active ingredients:

• Heme iron 18mg.
• Vitamin C 80 mg.

How to use:

• Used once daily or as prescribed.
• Take it on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after eating.
• Do not take it with dairy products, coffee, or tea, as these can interfere with iron absorption.
• Do not take it with calcium supplements, separate between Iron and calcium supplement two hours.
