Brufen Tablets 400Mg 30's is prescribed to alleviate pain and decrease inflammation in individuals afflicted with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and other types of non-rheumatoid arthropathy. This non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug of the propionic acid derivative class functions by suppressing the creation of prostaglandins through non-selective inhibition of COX enzymes, leading to diminished inflammatory pain and fever.
