DESCRIPTION
Optifer F 60 Tablets
It helps to increase iron levels in people who are iron deficient. Iron deficiency is a common condition that can cause fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath and reduces risk of anemia.
Active ingredients:
- Iron 18 mg.
- Folic Acid 400 mcg.
- Vitamin C 75 mg.
- B12 100 mcg.
- Zinc 4 mg.
- Vitamin B6 5 mg.
How to use:
- Used once daily or as prescribed.
- Take it on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after eating.
- Do not take it with dairy products, coffee, or tea, as these can interfere with iron absorption.
- Do not take it with calcium supplements, separate between Iron and calcium supplement two hours.
