How to use:

Cut a length of floss: Similar to regular floss, you'll want to snip off a piece around 30 cm (about 12 inches).
Wrap the floss: Wrap the ends of the floss around your middle fingers of each hand, leaving a good portion in the middle to floss with
Guide the floss between teeth: Gently ease the floss between two teeth using a back-and-forth sawing motion. Since it's expanding floss, it should compress to fit between teeth and then expand to hug the sides of each tooth.
Clean each surface: Once the floss is between the teeth, hug the curved surface of one tooth with the floss and slide it up and down several times. Repeat on the other side of the space between the teeth.
Repeat for all teeth: Floss between each set of teeth using a clean section of floss each time.
